All sales are final unless your products are damaged when you receive them. If you’re experiencing another issue, you can email us directly at christine@pristinebrowsandbeauty.com and Christine will work to resolve your issue.
Unused products that arrive damaged may be exchanged for a replacement item. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase only if the product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or otherwise unusable. Proof of damage or defect may be required.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send or drop off your damaged item to: 677 Commerce St #105, Thornwood, NY 10594.
